Finding the Time Doctor Local Data in Mac OS & OS X
TL;DR
Follow this guide to locate and send local Time Doctor data files or delete them if directed by support. This applies only to macOS and OS X.
How to Export Local Data Files
If requested by support, export the local data folder as a compressed .zip file:

Open Finder.

Click Go in the menu bar or press Command + Shift + G on the keyboard.

Enter the following path:
~/Library/Application Support/Time Doctor/ -
Locate the Time Doctor folder.

Right-click the folder and select Compress.
-
Attach the resulting
.zipfile in your support ticket.
How to Locate the Time Doctor Local Data Folder

Open Finder.
-
Click Go in the menu bar or press Command + Shift + G.

Enter the following path:
~/Library/Application Support/Time Doctor/ -
This folder contains Time Doctor’s local files, such as logs and cached data.
How to Delete the Local Data Folder
Only delete local data if instructed by support:

Follow the steps above to locate the Time Doctor folder.

Move the folder to Trash.
-
Empty the Trash to permanently remove the data.
