Export Local Data
If instructed to send your local app data:

Close the Time Doctor desktop application completely.

Navigate to:
C:\Users*YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Time Doctor* -
Compress the Time Doctor folder into a
.zipfile. -
Send the
.zipfile to the support team.
Delete Local Data
Important: Ensure the Time Doctor app is fully closed before starting.
If instructed to delete local data files:

Open File Explorer (also known as My Computer).

Go to:
C:\Users*YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Time Doctor* -
Delete the entire Time Doctor folder.
Show Hidden Folders (If AppData Is Not Visible)
The AppData folder is hidden by default. To reveal it:
