What does Time Doctor monitor on my computer?
TL;DR:
Time Doctor tracks task time, idle time, optional screenshots, and website/app usage only while a user is actively tracking time. Monitoring stops when tracking is paused or stopped.
Time Doctor increases productivity by monitoring computer usage in five key ways.
Note: Time Doctor only tracks activity when time is actively being tracked. It does not monitor anything on a user’s computer outside of tracked time.
