User is missing on the reports

If a user is missing from reports, ensure the Not tracking time setting is turned off under Settings / Manage Users.
Overview
A user may appear to be missing from reports even though they are active in the company. This typically occurs when the user is manually excluded via the x icon on the Time Doctor Dashboard.
Resolution Steps
To include the user back in the reports:

Navigate to Settings / Manage Users.

Click the Edit button in the Actions column next to the missing user.

Ensure the Not tracking time option is turned off.
Once this setting is updated, the user will reappear in all applicable reports.
