Do regular users have access to other users’ screenshots?

 

TL;DR:

Regular users in Time Doctor can only view their own screenshots. Only Managers and Admins can view screenshots of users they manage.

 

No.

Regular users can only view their own screenshots and data in Time Doctor. This restriction is due to their access level, which does not include managing other users.

Managers and Admins can view the screenshots of the users they directly manage.

If a regular user account was assigned by mistake, request an access level change by contacting an Admin. Admins can update user roles by going to Settings / Manage Users.

 

Note: Only Admins and Owners can change user access levels.
