Changing the Access Level for Time Doctor Users

 

Note: Only one Owner is allowed per account, though there can be multiple Administrators. To change the account owner, refer to this support article.

TL;DR: 

Change a user's access level by going to Settings / Manage Users, then selecting the appropriate role from the Leveldropdown. Only owners or administrators can make these changes.

 

Change a User’s Access Level

Only Owners or Administrators can change a user's access level.

  1. Log in to the Time Doctor web dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings / Manage Users.

  3. Under the Level column, click the dropdown next to the user.

  4. Select the desired access level from the list.
