Canceling Your Time Doctor Account

Options for Account Cancellation
There are two methods available to cancel a Time Doctor account:

Suspend the Account (Recommended)
Remove the account's payment method(s) and allow it to enter suspended status. This method is preferred because:-
No future invoices will be issued.

Existing time tracking data and settings are preserved.

There are no financial obligations for past services, as billing occurs in advance.

Permanently Delete the Account
Delete the account entirely, which will:-
Erase all account information and tracked data permanently.

If the cancellation request is made by a manager or assistant on behalf of an administrator, the request must come from the original email address used to create the account. This ensures:
