Available Payment Options for Time Doctor

 

TL;DR: 

Time Doctor accepts multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Skrill, wire transfers, and checks for subscription payments. Automatic payments can be configured via Settings > Billing. Two free months are included with annual upfront payments. Contact support@timedoctor.com for manual payments, alternative arrangements, or local currency invoices.

 

Available Payment Options for Time Doctor

Set up automatic payments through Settings > Billing in the Time Doctor web dashboard. For one-time annual payments, email support@timedoctor.com.

Contact support if none of the listed payment options are suitable or if an invoice in a local denomination is required.

Note: All plans include a 14-day free trial. A reminder email will be sent a few days before the trial expires.

Receive two months free when paying for one full year (12 months) in advance. No refunds are issued for yearly prepaid accounts. Additional users can be added later with advance payment.

Credit Card

  • Available for monthly subscriptions.

  • Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Debit Card / Prepaid Credit Card

  • Functions the same as a credit card.

  • Must have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available before the billing date.

  • Accounts may be suspended if charges are declined. For assistance, contact support@timedoctor.com.

 

PayPal / Skrill

  • PayPal: Supports automatic monthly payments.

  • Skrill: Only supports manual payments.

  • Manual payments via PayPal or Skrill are available for semiannual (6-month) or annual (12-month) terms.

  • Contact support to set up manual payments.

 

Wire Transfers / Checks (USD only)

  • Accepted for annual payments only.

  • Wire transfers and mailed checks must be in U.S. dollars.

  • Contact support for instructions on wire transfers or postal check payments.
